I beg to differ.  The Medical licences recently awarded were legacy applications from 2019.  Granted, the process has been slow to roll out, but the NJ CRC is going to great lengths to get it right not only business wise, but societal, legal and culturally.

PA has 52 licenses granted to under 10 companies who are now getting gobbled up by the big names like trulieve (harvest merger).. Jersey is even further behind that. I know they were from 2019 they have been a joke in jersey since inception of their medical program. It has always been underperforming. If you look at the requirements for these markets its all political and money oriented. Its not about the patients its about making crazy money… Just sad to see, hopefully these micro licenses they are offering will help things.

I happen to be consulting with a company positioning for Micro license application.  I agree this category could be a difference maker.  Appreciate your time, reply and point of view!  Frank discussions help to dispel misinformation….

Thats awesome to hear, yeah these Microgrows hopefully will be a great step forward for the residents of Jersey to have a chance at the industry. I am not a fan of the limited big licenses they keep doing out here but atleast having an offering for smaller scale is great to see.

Have you herd anything about release of regulations. I continue to hear, any day now but I am not holding my breath haha especially with NY waiting until 2023 so crazy.
